Our Christmas Letter

We hope this letter finds you safe and warm for the holiday season!!!

Zach and I have been extremely busy this year. There is lots of fun and exciting stuff happening all around us. Bryan, started off the middle of May with knee surgery to his left leg, not very fun for him, and he recuperated just fine. Bryan and his fiancĂ© Lindsey will be getting married January 16, of 2010, so you better save the date. Bryan is currently driving all over the country with his new job. Bryan loves driving truck and he is definitely following in our dad’s footsteps. Lindsey is currently going to school for nursing @ Minnesota West in Pipestone, MN, which is the same place I am going for Administrative Assistant. I am very proud of both Bryan and Lindsey; you reach for the stars kids.

Well what can I say about Brandon? Brandon is currently a sophomore at Elkton High School, and he is active in band and FFA. Brandon won a heifer this spring in FFA, this is a great achievement for him and his big sister and brother are so proud of him, because we were both active members of FFA. Brandon started off the middle of November with knee surgery and, guess what, it was the same leg as Bryan. Brandon tore a tendon in his knee and had to have it put back together. This was not a good year for the Faaborg Boys and their knees.

Ashley and Jason are still living in Spearfish; believe me I have tried to convince them to move back. Ashley just started a new adventure this fall, she is now running the Pumpkin Patch Daycare, and she absolutely loves it. Jason is still working for Spearfish Electric and on August 1st, they got to adopt Ethan and he is officially theirs. Ethan and Ada Grace are growing up so fast. Congratulations Hartung Family. I just had to write about all my brothers and sisters and their great accomplishments over the past year.

Mom and Dad Faaborg are doing great. Dad is still trucking all over hauling cows. He currently got to go to Mexico, what a brat. Mom works in Brookings at Brookview Manor and she works in Rehab. Mom enjoys working with elderly like I do. Mom has a always been loving and caring and Dad also. Love you Mom and Dad.

Mom and Dad Norgaard are busy as beavers this holiday season. Pam got up all her Christmas decorations and believe me there is a ton of decorations. She gave me decorations and my whole house is full. Dave has been busy working alongside Zach and Tyrel trying to get the new shed ready and useable. Love you Pam and Dave.

Well Zach and I are still living in Lake Benton, and like it a lot. Zach works for Evens Farms north of Elkton, and is busy all the time. Zach roofs, hauls manure, drives truck and helps out with whatever else needs to be done around the farm. I started a new adventure this fall, I’m a student at Minnesota West in Pipestone, and I’m going to be an administrative assistant. With going to school full time, I’m also working full time. I do twenty hour shifts so I can get my hours in and focus on school during the week. I know you are thinking ugh, but it works out really well. I work with developmentally disabled and I really love my job.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
